Lagnatækni has in recent years been involved in several pharmaceutical projects, both domestically and internationally. The projects are in several European and Asian countries, the largest one is the Actavis Solid Oral Dosage manufacturing and packaging facility in Malta.

Lagnatækni has taken part in concept planning and design of several laboratories. Main design works have been for HVAC- and other technical systems. These projects are both chemistry and bioscience laboratories and include one BSL-3, Bio Safety Level 3 facility.

Lagnatækni has participated in the design of a number of culturally important buildings such as Salurinn, Concert Hall in Kópavogur, Reykjavik Art Museum in Hafnarhús, Reykjavik City Library , Tryggvagötu and theRestoration of the National Theatre of Iceland.

There are a number of high profile projects in office and industrial where Lagnatækni has participated.
